Owl Advisory by KWM invite you to join us for an online event to discuss New Zealand’s mandatory climate reporting regime, and lessons for Australia.
New Zealand was the first country in the world to pass legislation mandating certain entities to undertake climate-related reporting and many entities in New Zealand are now entering their second year of reporting. We discuss the challenges and opportunities experienced by those undertaking climate-related financial disclosures under the New Zealand regime, and lessons for those in Australia about to undertake their first year of mandatory climate reporting.
This session will run from 2pm – 3pm and cover a comparison between the New Zealand and Australian climate reporting regimes followed by insights and lessons from panellists joining from New Zealand, finishing with plenty of time left at the end for your questions to be answered.
