EVENT INFORMATION

Please join our panellists Mr Ronald Merkel KC, Professor Jacqueline Peel and Edwina Kwan. They will be discussing the next generation of climate change disputes giving rise to arbitrations as we transition to a more sustainable future including: 
  • the role of arbitration vs litigation in resolving international climate disputes;
  • investment treaty disputes and climate regulation; and
  • impact of Australian climate change cases on international arbitration.
The event will take place at KWM’s new Melbourne office with its open-air terrace overlooking the Melbourne skyline and Yarra River. The session will be immediately followed by the ICC YAAF networking drinks and canapés.
